Refund & Returns Policy

We've made our return and refund policy quite simple to comprehend because we want you to feel at ease while shopping with us.

1. Return Policy: Within 30 days of purchase, items can be returned. However, we won't be able to accept the return if it's been more than 30 days.

2. Shipping Cost: We will cover the cost of returning an item you purchased if it is defective or incorrect. However, you will be responsible for paying shipping if you are returning it because you changed your mind.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items: Please notify us within 30 days if the item you received is defective or damaged. We'll assist you in returning it without charging you extra. After we receive it and inspect it, we will either replace it or return your money, including the shipping cost.

4. Refunds for Change of Mind: You have 30 days to return anything you purchased if you change your mind. Note that the cost of returning the item to us will be at your expense. Simply make sure it remains in the box and has not been used. We'll return your money for the item, less the delivery charges, as soon as we receive it.

5. Returns: You will receive an email from us after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Within seven business days, we will refund your credit card or other payment method.

Please note that it may occasionally take a little while for banks or credit cards to display the reimbursement. If you haven't received your refund after we promised to give it to you after more than 10 business days, please email us at support@celticommerce.com.

Restocking fees for returns could exist, depending on the scenario.
